What counts as a shipment?

One shipment = one booking request you submit through the platform — regardless of route, container count, or shipping type. Cancelled, rejected, or expired bookings do not count against your quota.

Search, schedule lookups, container tracking, and rate quotes are not metered as shipments. You can search 200+ ports and 36+ carriers without burning through your booking quota.

Why does Free require verification?

To keep the free tier sustainable for legitimate users — verifying email and phone keeps abuse low so we don't have to lower the limit further. Paid plans skip verification (Stripe checkout already establishes identity).

What happens if I exceed my quota?

New booking requests get a friendly upgrade prompt. Tracking and document access for your existing bookings keeps working — we never freeze your shipments mid-transit.
